D Shackle, especially suitable for high-intensity load scenarios
The D-type shackle is a high-strength fastening tool used in heavy lifting, marine operations, construction projects and other industrial fields that require high-strength loads. The design of the D-type shackle allows easy connection and separation, and can withstand great tension. Grade S6 indicates that it meets the high strength standards of grade 6 steel and can usually withstand six times the rated load.

Design features:
- D-type structure: The two ends are straight lines, suitable for connecting long objects.
- Circular solder shaft: With a safety solder, it can better secure the connection and prevent accidental falling off.
- Screw: In most cases, bolts are used to fix the connection, increasing the stability of the connection.
- Safety factor: usually 6: 1, i.e. the maximum rupture strength is six times the rated workload.

How to use it:
1.Select an uncharge that meets the requirements load level.
2.Connect the pin shaft of the D-type shackle to the load connection point to ensure correct installation.
3.Press the safe solder to ensure it is firm.

Scope of application:
It is widely used in areas requiring connectivity and carrying, such as shipbuilding, marine engineering, oil extraction, construction engineering, logistics and transportation, and is especially suitable for high-intensity load scenarios.
* Summary of D-shaped shackle:
The D-shaped shackle can be divided into two types: marine and land. The safety factor is 4 times, 5 times, 6 times, or even 8 times. Common materials are carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, high strength steel and so on.
Surface treatments are generally classified into galvanizing (hot-dip galvanizing and electro-galvanizing), painting, and Decorate.
At present, better shackles are generally made of alloy steel.
When using the shackle, the rated load must be strictly observed. Excessive use and overloading are not allowed.
