Aluminum three-in-one treatment agent is a chemical agent specially used for aluminum surface treatment. It integrates three functions: degreasing, alkaline etching, and neutralization. Main ingredients
Surfactant: It has good emulsification, dispersion and decontamination ability, which can effectively remove oil, grease and other organic pollutants on the surface of aluminum, so that the surface of aluminum can reach a clean state.
Acid substances: such as phosphoric acid and sulfuric acid, the main function is to remove the oxide scale and rust on the surface of aluminum, so that the surface of aluminum exposes the pure metal matrix, providing a good foundation for subsequent passivation treatment.
